The ultimate tailgating food, wings may look hard to make, but are very simple and totally customizable.
Ingredients:
3 lbs. of chicken wings. Split and tips removed. (If using frozen-fully unthaw them in the refrigerator.)
2 Tbsp. butter

1 tsp. smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with melted butter.
- Line wings on parchment lined sheets not touching each other. (This is what makes them crispy.)
- Combine spices in smaller bowl. Sprinkle on wings.
- Bake wings until cooked through and skin is brown. Approx. 30-40 mins.
- Lower oven temp to 170 degrees and continue to bake for another 30-45 mins.
- Serve with hot buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or blue cheese dressing.
