The ultimate tailgating food, wings may look hard to make, but are very simple and totally customizable.

Ingredients:

3 lbs. of chicken wings. Split and tips removed. (If using frozen-fully unthaw them in the refrigerator.)

2 Tbsp. butter

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with melted butter.
  4. Line wings on parchment lined sheets not touching each other. (This is what makes them crispy.)
  5. Combine spices in smaller bowl. Sprinkle on wings.
  6. Bake wings until cooked through and skin is brown. Approx. 30-40 mins.
  7. Lower oven temp to 170 degrees and continue to bake for another 30-45 mins.
  8. Serve with hot buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or blue cheese dressing.
